Why you need the Personal Style Indicator
When you need an instrument which is credible, accurate and straightforward to use, you need the Personal Style Indicator.
As a result of over eight years of research and testing in a wide variety of organisations, the Personal Style Indicator meets these requirements (and many others as well).
The PSI resources are robust, psychometrically sound and provide you with a wide variety of options. These include Comprehensive In-depth Interpretations and the opportunity to compare individuals and jobs through the JSI.
The PSI is a powerful communication and learning tool. This self-administered and self-scored assessment helps you and your clients discover your natural preferences towards time, people, tasks, and situations. Participants identify their specific PSI style pattern(s), which assists them to instantly understand their strengths and potential challenges so they can be more effective at work and at home.
Credible, accurate and easy-to-use Personality Profile
The 20-page Instrument contains a step-by-step guide to scoring the pressure-sensitive questionnaire and the analysis of the individual’s response. The four general styles (Behavioural, Cognitive, Interpersonal, Affective) and their implications are explained, together with guidelines on the use of style information and style shifting. The instrument also contains summaries of the 21 different style patterns that are derived from the PSI.
