Returns

We guarantee the quality and effectiveness of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days (see below exceptions*) in a resaleable condition, for a credit or refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Please contact us prior to shipping, to agree the return and to discuss the reason for the return.

Returns must be shipped by a traceable means i.e. Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
