Emotional Intelligence Style Profile - Online Credit Overview

This 32-item, online assessment reports an individuals most pronounced natural tendencies to be primarily Reflective, Conceptual, Organised, or Empathetic. By learning about these predispositions, particpants can learn the behaviours needed to more fully use all 4 styles in the appropriate circumstances.

Emotional Intelligence refers to the complex mix of social and interpersonal behaviours that incorporate intuition, character, integrity, motivation, communication ability, and relationship skills.
